Management, Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation

This WP includes all the tasks related with the technical coordination of the project, as well as the tasks for the administrative and financial management within the consortium, including the fulfillment of the reporting obligations of the beneficiary towards the EC and the Topic manager. It includes also the activities of the consortium related with the knowledge management, in terms of communication, dissemination and exploitation, and IPR management.

Specific objectives:

-To co-ordinate and manage the project and the efficient, smooth and timely execution of all planned financial and administrative project activities.

-To ensure an accurate and on time communication flow between the consortium and with the topic manager and the Project Officer, in order to track the project progress and meet its objectives.

- To define and deploy a proper dissemination plan, that will be aimed to achieve a maximum visibility of project and ensure that activities and relevant results reach the target stakeholders and audiences, through appropriate dissemination channels.

- To define an exploitation plan that will guarantee that project results are properly prepared for exploitation.

- To perform the activities needed for a proper management of IPR.
